<p> Winner of our bean variety trial! The bush variety was the first to produce beans, and produced four times more beans per plant in my trial. These are moderately sweet, green string beans. Sometimes double-stringed. Very easy to grow, producing huge quantities of beans that are great for eating raw, or cooked, or frozen. This is my new favorite bean variety! I just planted these for fall eating. They will stay alive quite a while in a cold frame, as late as December. The best self-seeding bean I've ever found. HOW TO GROW: Plant seeds 1 inch deep after all danger of frost has passed. Harvest beans when they are tender and about 5 inches long. Plant seeds 6-8 inches apart. Annual. Approx. 20 seeds per pack. seed. Heirloom, chemical-free. Free shipping on orders over $34
